Scott Costa is a Tri Valley native and was raised in San Ramon. With over 27 years of experience in construction, and over 17 years as a licensed residential general contractor, Scott takes great pride in the quality of his work and the satisfaction of each one of his customers. In 1990 Scott started his construction company S. Costa Construction, Inc. (SCC).
